Extensible MicroArray Analysis System

EMAAS (Extensible MicroArray Analysis System) is a collaborative project led by the BSS (Bioinformatics Support Service) at Imperial College, and funded by the MRC and BBSRC.
The aim of EMAAS is to harness the technologies of Grid and web2.0 to provide researchers with an easy-to-use collaborative environment for analysing function genomics data on-line. The project brings together cutting-edge tools in genomics analysis being developed in the Microarray Centre and elsewhere within Imperial to create a "one-stop" web portal for creating, saving, running, and sharing analysis workflows. With EMAAS, researchers with no computing experience beyond the desktop PC have access to the full range of bioinformatics tools.
